In May of 2005, amidst a turbulent real estate market, Trish defied the odds by obtaining her license and embarking on a career as a REALTOR® and loan officer. Since then, she has honed her expertise in real estate sales, specializing in short sales, distress, and traditional home sales. Trish's repertoire extends to diverse transactions such as 1031 exchanges, trust sales, vacation rental investments, and multi-units, catering to the varied needs of her clientele.
Trish's prior roles in public affairs, politics, and non-profit organizations have instilled in her a steadfast commitment to excellence in service. Notably, her tenure as the Southern California Field Representative for a U.S. Senator equipped her with invaluable skills in community outreach and problem-solving, particularly in the San Diego region where she fostered deep connections and insights into local neighborhoods.
Among her notable achievements, Trish facilitated negotiations between the U.S. and China, leading to a landmark loan of Giant Pandas for a conservation exhibit at the San Diego Zoo. Beyond her professional endeavors, Trish remains actively engaged in her community, contributing her time to organizations such as the San Diego Padres Hispanic Community Advisory Council, youth ministry, and various faith-based initiatives.
Her dedication to service is further exemplified through her leadership roles, including President of Father Joe's Villages Ladies Guild and board membership with the La Jolla Woman's Club. Trish's integrity, loyalty, and effectiveness are the cornerstones of her approach as a REALTOR®, ensuring her clients receive nothing short of exceptional guidance and support.
