He took his expertise to California during the housing boom and built his brand while fixing and flipping homes in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties before settling in Los Angeles.
Cassie began her career when she joined a top producing real estate office in Santa Barbara, CA as their marketing coordinator. After several years learning the "back end" of the business, she obtained her license and began working alongside Javier. Cassie is a certified trust and probate specialist in the Berkshire Hathaway Probate Division, able to assist families and financial institutions with the sale of residential properties.
